Please contact our Customer Service at 1300 88 0828, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm, excluding public holidays for assistance. Neccessary arrangements will be made by our Customer Service team and do remember to retain the original Parkson receipt.

Parkson Discount Voucher

What is a Parkson Discount Voucher?

The Parkson Discount Voucher is a Pink colour voucher that comes in denominations of RM10 or RM50.

How do I get the Parkson Discount Voucher?

The Parkson Discount Voucher is usually issued in-store to customers on selected special promotion day(s) only. Every storewide purchase of RM150 and above entitles the customer to receive a free RM10 Parkson Discount Voucher. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please visit us in-store for more details.

My Parkson Discount Voucher has expired, can I request for an extension?

No, the voucher is deemed expired after the expiry date and any request to extend the expiry date will not be entertained.

My Parkson Discount Voucher is lost or damaged, can I get a replacement?

No, Parkson is not obliged to replace any lost or damaged vouchers.

What is the validity of the Parkson Discount Voucher?

Please refer to your voucher; the expiry date is as stamped on the front of the voucher.

How, where and what can I use the Parkson Discount Voucher for?

Where can I purchase the Parkson Gift Voucher?

Parkson Gift Voucher can be purchased from our Customer Service Counters at any Parkson stores.

Where can I use my Parkson Gift Voucher?

The Parkson Gift Voucher can be used at any Parkson Malaysia Departmental Stores, Foodpark Supermarket by Parkson and other participating outlets.

My Parkson Gift Voucher has expired, can I request for an extension?

Sorry to inform that the expiry date stamped on the Parkson Gift Voucher is final. Any request to extend the expiry date will not be entertained.

What is the validity period of the Parkson Gift Voucher?

The Parkson Gift Voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Kindly refer to the expiry date as stamped on the voucher.

What denominations are available for the Parkson Gift Voucher?

The Parkson Gift Voucher is available in denominations of RM10 and RM50.

Can I collect BonusLink Points or Parkson Card Accumulated Purchase Value (APV) for purchases made with my Parkson Gift Voucher?

Yes, you are eligible to collect BonusLink Points or APVs for purchases made with Parkson Gift Voucher.

Parkson Promotional Voucher

What is a Parkson Promotional Voucher?

The Parkson Promotional Voucher is a Yellow colour voucher that comes in denominations of RM10 or RM20.

How do I get the Parkson Promotional Voucher?

The Parkson Promotional Voucher is usually issued in-store to customers on special promotion period only. Every purchase of RM200 and above from the Cosmetics & Fragrance Department entitles the customer to receive a free RM20 Parkson Promotional Voucher. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please visit us in-store for more details.

How, where and what can I use the Parkson Promotional Voucher for?

The Parkson Discount Voucher can be used to make any purchases at any Parkson stores. Some merchandise exclusion may apply, please refer to the overleaf of the voucher or in-store for more details.

My Parkson Promotional Voucher has expired, can I request for an extension?

How can I apply to be a BonusLink Member?

Visit any Parkson Customer Service counter to sign up for a BonusLink Card for free.

My Bonuslink Card is stolen/lost. What should I do now?

Please contact BonusLink Customer Service at 03-7626 1000 or visit www.bonuslink.com.my to apply for a replacement.

What are the benefits to be a BonusLink Card Member?

As a BonusLink Card Member, you can collect BonusLink Points at all Parkson stores. These points in return are redeemable for products and vouchers.

Can I redeem Parkson Discount Voucher and collect additional BonusLink Points during BonusLink Members’ Day Sale?

Yes, you can.

Will I get my BonusLink Points immediately after making a purchase?

It will take approximately 2 – 3 months for your points to be credited into your BonusLink Account.

How can I check my BonusLink Points balance?

You can check your BonusLink Points balance at any Parkson Customer Service counter or call BonusLink @ 03-76261000 or visit www.bonuslink.com.my to check your point balance.

What is the Parkson-BonusLink Points Structure?

RM10 – RM299 is RM2 to 1 BonusLink Point
RM300 and above is RM1 to 1 BonusLink Point
Please note that the structure above is not applicable on BonusLink Member’s Day.

Is there an expiry for my BonusLink membership?

There is no expiry for your BonusLink membership. However, your BonusLink Points collected has a validity period. Please check your BonusLink Points Summary for more details.

How much does it cost to sign up for a BonusLink Card Membership? Are there any annual membership fees?

BonusLink Membership is free and there are no annual membership fees.

Can I use my BonusLink Card concurrently with other Parkson loyalty card to earn points?

Yes, you can.

Can I reinstate the BonusLink Points for my purchase if I do not have my BonusLink card with me during shopping?

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

Can I collect BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson vouchers?

You can only collect BonusLink Points for purchases made with Parkson Gift Voucher. Parkson Discount Voucher and Parkson Promotional Voucher are excluded.

How can I make redemptions for products and vouchers with my BonusLink Points?

Redemption can be made at any Parkson store’s Customer Service counter and do remember to bring along your BonusLink card.

Can I use Maybank TreatsPoints to shop in Parkson?

You can use your TreatsPoints to offset your purchase directly at any Parkson cashiers.
You can redeem from as low as 500 TP = RM1. Simply inform our cashiers should you wish to do so.

Can I use Maybank TreatsPoints to get Parkson Gift Vouchers?

You can redeem RM10 or RM50 Parkson Gift Voucher with 5,000 TP or 25,000 TP respectively.
Kindly redeem at any Parkson Customer Service counter.

What is the validity period of my Parkson Gift Vouchers redeemed with Maybank TreatsPoints?

The validity period is two (2) years from the date of issuance.
The Parkson Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions printed at the back of the voucher applies.

Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

Yes you may. Item(s) purchased from Parkson stores can be exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt.

Non-exchangeable and non-refundable items (unless stated otherwise):-
Undergarments, electrical appliances, hampers, pillows, bolsters, bedsheets and accessories such as watches, jewelries, earrings, necklaces.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased at another Parkson store?

Yes you may. Please visit a Parkson Customer Service counter convenient to you.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: How can I make an exchange or a refund for an item I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt, credit card transaction receipt and credit card used for the purchase to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

For Cash or Parkson Vouchers transactions:
Please bring the item along with your original receipt to your nearest Parkson Customer Service counter for assistance.

How will I be refunded for an item that I have purchased from Parkson?

For Credit Card transactions:
The amount will be refunded to your Credit Card account accordingly. Depending on your Credit Card issuing bank, it will take up to 30 working days to be reflected on your Credit Card statement/ account.

For Cash transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in cash.

For Parkson Voucher transactions:
The amount will be refunded to you in the form of Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a lower price?

Yes, you may. The price difference will be returned to you accordingly in the form of original payment method (Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers).

EXCHANGE: Can I exchange for an item of a higher price?

Yes you may. The price difference can be paid via Cash, Credit Card or Parkson Vouchers.

EXCHANGE & REFUND: Can I make an exchange or a refund for an item that I have purchased from Parkson after seven (7) days from the date of purchase?

Please visit our in-store Customer Service counter or contact our Customer Service at 1300 88 0828, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm, excluding public holidays for assistance.

REFUND: The electrical appliance that I have purchased from Parkson is faulty, what can I do?

Please contact the manufacturer/ distributor or visit the manufacturer’s/ distributor’s service centre as stated on the Warranty Card for repairs or exchange.

Parkson Gift Card

How do I check the balance of my Parkson Gift Card?

Parkson Gift Card balance can be checked at the Customer Service Counters in any Parkson stores.

Where can I purchase the Parkson Gift Card?

Parkson Gift Card can no longer be purchased in all Parkson stores starting 1st May 2018.

What is the validity period of the Parkson Gift Card?

The Parkson Gift Card is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Why can’t I use my Parkson Gift Card?

Our Parkson Gift Card service provider has ceased its operations with us, thus starting 1st January 2019, any valid Parkson Gift Cards can be exchanged with Parkson Gift Vouchers.

How do I exchange my Parkson Gift Card for Parkson Gift Vouchers?

You will need to bring a valid Parkson Gift Card (with legible Serial Number and expiry date & readable magnetic stripe) to any Parkson Customer Service counter to request the exchange.
Any Parkson Gift Card that the Serial Number or magnetic stripe that is damaged or cannot be read will be considered invalid and unable to exchange. Parkson Gift Card that has expired will also be considered invalid and unable to exchange.

Will I be receiving the exact amount of Parkson Gift Vouchers from my Gift Card balance when exchanging?

Yes, you will be given available Parkson Gift Voucher denominations (RM10 Parkson Gift Voucher and/or RM50 Parkson Gift Voucher) followed by cash based on the remaining balance in the Parkson Gift Card. For examples:

  • Parkson Gift Card with less than RM10 will be given cash.

  • Parkson Gift Card with a value of RM10.95 will given ONE (1) RM10 Parkson Gift Voucher and 95 cents in cash.

  • Parkson Gift Voucher with a value of RM49 will be given FOUR (4) RM10 Parkson Gift Vouchers and RM9 in cash.

  • Parkson Gift Voucher with a value of RM69.05 will be given ONE (1) RM50 Parkson Gift Voucher, ONE(1) RM10 Parkson Gift Voucher and RM9.05 in cash.

What is the validity period of the Parkson Gift Vouchers exchanged?

The Parkson Gift Vouchers exchanged is valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance.

Does the other Parkson Gift Voucher’s Terms & Conditions printed at the back of the voucher still applies?

Yes it still does.
